You are granted a limited license to utilize our free tools (Apex Lab) for personal use. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our bio-hacking protocols or proprietary supplement formulas without explicit written consent.

3. Elite Performance Shop Policies

• Purchases: All transactions are securely encrypted. We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased.
• Refunds: Unopened physical products may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Digital protocols, PDF diets, and completed Performance Audits are strictly non-refundable due to the intellectual property delivered.

4. User Accounts & Performance Audits

If you book a Performance Audit or sign up for our AI Nutrition Concierge, you agree to supply accurate, current, and complete biometric and health background information. Providing falsified health data may result in suboptimal or dangerous protocols, for which APEXFORM holds no liability.

5. Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the website or alter our algorithmic calculators at any time without notice. We will not be liable for any interruption of service or modifications to site tools.
